Lindsay Lohan to Ring in NYE at Dubai Rager?

Regardless of her says he will have transferred New Year's gigs to target earning a fresh leaf, Lindsay Lohan will ring in 2012 at a RAGING PARTY in Dubai.

So states an offshore party setting up organization, at the least.

Lohan statements that's total BS though, and is frightening legal activity, saying they are just utilizing her name to advertise the occasion, as outlined by TMZ.

Lindsay is apparently pissed, and actually so, that she has been bound to a NYE bash on the Queen Elizabeth 2 cruise ship in Dubai, given that she isn't going.




Her always-busy legal group is beating out a quit and desist letter proclaiming that she may and is ready to sue when they carry on and lie regarding Lohan's NYE plans.

Lohan's rep, Steve Honig, claims in a declaration:

"Lindsay is not planning to Dubai, nor had she at any time thought to be doing this. She'll be expending New Year's Eve in L.A. with many close friends and family members."
