Erin Andrews Files Lawsuit Against Stalker, Hotel Over Nude Peephole Video
Erin Andrews is now charging the hotel where she was videoed
behind closed doors in the nude for $10 million, as per the reports. The instance
occurred in Nashville in 2008.
In the suit, firstly filed last year, and just stocked up to
certify the statute of borders did not expire, Andrews asks for $6 million from
the West End Marriott.
She also seeks $4 million from Michael David Barrett, who implored
guilty to following her. In 2010, he was fined to two and a half years in central
prison.
The garb says the hotel was embarrassed of negligence for letting
Barrett to hit the books where she was staying and records the scandalous Erin
Andrews nude peephole video.
Barrett had formerly captured on tape Andrews in other
cities, as per prosecutors, and was clever enough to not only catch the hotel
but book a nearby room.
The Marriott has not remarked on the lawsuit.
Erin Andrews, 33, is a widely popular reporter for ESPN.
She has believed that the twittering tom case and secret
naked scrutiny tape taken by the perv still affects her "great emotional
distress and embarrassment."
