Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman: Engaged!

Anne Hathaway is engaged to Adam Shulman, her rep approves!

On Sunday, the celebrity was snapped generous a ring in a Brooklyn, N.Y., park along with Shulman, who she started dating in 2008, soon after her earlier long-term relationship with Raffaello Follieri broken with his federal accusation.

Luckily, that experience didn't discourage her from dating yet again - and discovering the love of her life. Every so often, things have a mode of working out ...

"I am very much in love with him, [only] Adam totally ruined my plan," Hathaway commented of her three-year dating with Shulman. "I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!"

A beautiful, endowed fool ... and speciously a blessed one at that.

She just gushed about Shulman at the opening of One Day.

"I'm a romantic at heart," she said. "And he's the very best!"
